Return & Refund Policy

At Ganayara Vance, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Process:

    • Contact our customer care at info@ganayaravance.in with order details and photos of the issue.

    • Once approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened skincare or personal care items.

  4. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, to the original payment method.

  5. Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was received in damaged or incorrect condition.
