Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Process:
Contact our customer care at info@ganayaravance.in with order details and photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened skincare or personal care items.Refund Timeline:
